Lawful use only

Customers may use the service only for lawful purposes and must follow applicable law, account terms, export and sanctions rules, hosting provider requirements, and third-party service rules.

We do not support spam, phishing, malware, credential theft, bot abuse, harassment, copyright infringement, illegal access, payment fraud, or other activity that violates our Acceptable Use Policy.

Account safeguards

Accounts, access tokens, client configuration, and subscription links are customer credentials and must be kept private.

We may suspend, limit, or revoke access when we detect account sharing at scale, payment abuse, security risk, hosting provider complaints, or credible evidence of prohibited activity.

Compliance and Responsible Use

XXNetwork provides services for lawful use only and maintains service boundaries that are intended to protect customers, payment partners, hosting providers, and network resources.

We review credible notices, payment-risk indicators, hosting provider reports, security signals, and legal requests according to applicable policy and available evidence.

Abuse reporting process

XXNetwork maintains abuse reporting channels and enforcement workflows to protect customers, infrastructure partners, and network resources.

Send abuse reports to [email protected]. Include timestamps, logs, affected resources, screenshots when relevant, and any account or transaction identifiers.

Payment-risk controls

We monitor payment-risk signals, unresolved disputes, chargebacks, suspicious account behavior, and policy violations that may create risk for payment partners or infrastructure vendors.

Accounts may be reviewed, limited, suspended, or terminated for activity that violates our policies, applicable law, or payment provider requirements.

Service suspension policy

Enforcement may include warning, feature or access limitation, account review, suspension, termination, preservation of relevant records, or cooperation with lawful requests.
