Terms of Service

These terms summarize customer responsibilities, product access, billing rules, service limits, dispute handling, and enforcement rights.

By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or using the service, customers agree to use the service lawfully and follow all published policies.

Operator and service scope

XXNetwork and XXLink are operated by Blazestar Consortium, a California C corporation.

XXLink provides prepaid fixed-term access plans for secure access software, account-based service delivery, supported-device access, usage visibility, and customer support workflows.

XXNetwork is the company information site. XXLink is the consumer-facing product site where product availability, pricing, plan terms, and support terms are published.

Customer responsibilities

Customers are responsible for maintaining account security, keeping access credentials private, and ensuring their use complies with applicable law and our Acceptable Use Policy.

Accounts, subscription access, tokens, and client configuration may not be resold, transferred, or shared at scale without written permission.

The Acceptable Use Policy, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Abuse Policy, and Cookie Policy are incorporated into these terms by reference.

Availability and enforcement

Service availability depends on supported regions, customer device compatibility, account status, plan limits, maintenance, and network conditions.

We do not promise availability for any specific third-party platform, website, app, region, or service.

We may warn, limit, suspend, or terminate access for policy violations, payment risk, abuse reports, security risk, or legal compliance needs.

Billing, disputes, and governing law

Paid plans provide prepaid fixed-term access with the traffic allowance, device limit, support level, and refund eligibility shown during checkout.

Customers should contact support before initiating payment disputes. We may suspend access during unresolved payment disputes, chargebacks, fraud reviews, or account ownership concerns.

These terms are governed by the laws of California. Questions may be sent to [email protected].
