Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refund eligibility depends on plan type, first-time purchase status, timing, usage, payment method, and account standing.

The checkout page and this policy explain when a customer can request a refund for prepaid fixed-term access.

General eligibility

First-time monthly, quarterly, or annual purchases may be eligible for a full refund within 7 days if total usage does not exceed 1 GB.

Short-term plans, renewals, upgrades, downgrades, wallet top-ups, promotional credits, and accounts suspended for policy violations are not eligible unless checkout states otherwise.

Refunds are not available for abuse, violation of the Acceptable Use Policy, payment disputes, chargebacks, fraud indicators, malicious testing, or attempts to misuse support policies.

How to request a refund

Send refund requests to [email protected] with the registered email address, order reference, payment reference when available, and a short description of the issue.

Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method when supported by the provider.

Refund processing time depends on the payment provider and financial institution.

Cancellations

Prepaid fixed-term access plans do not create card auto-renewal by default. Customers may purchase another fixed-term plan when they choose to continue service.

If a renewable subscription feature is introduced later, the checkout page and account settings will state the renewal terms clearly.

Cancellation stops future access after the paid period ends unless a different checkout term applies.
